Autumn Leigh Meadows

Autumn Lee Meadows was born on August 15, 1989 in Nashville, TN and she passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at the age of 35.

Autumn was the daughter of William Lee Meadows and Carla Jean Dhority Meadows. She was affiliated with the Silver Point Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Meadows who passed away Feb. 10, 2023.

Survived by: spouse Brent Whitehead; sons Jordan Schipp and Nate Whitehead both of Silver Point, TN; daughters, Neva Whitehead and Neyland Whitehead both of Silver Point, TN; mother, Carla Jean Meadows of Silver Point, TN; brother, Sam Meadows of Cookeville, TN; sister and Chelsea Meadows of Silver Point, TN.  Other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 11 am to 1 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 1 pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Fox officiating.  Burial will follow in John Young Cemetery.
