Arthur "Buck" Stacy,

Funeral services for Mr. Arthur Leon "Buck" Stacy, Jr., 82, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 3 P.M. on Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Stacy Cemetery in the Old Antioch community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and on Sunday from 1 P.M. until time of services. He passed away on Friday, November 2, 2012, at Mabry Health Care Center in Gainesboro. He was born September 19, 1930, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Arthur Stacy, Sr. and Ann Hammock Stacy. He was a construction worker, and of the Baptist faith. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Daughter: Susan Eldridge; 3 Brothers: Robert Stacy, Dennis Stacy, and an infant brother; and 2 Sisters: Christine Stacy Lichner and Wanda Stacy Carner. Survivors include 2 Daughters: Peggy (Jim) Poston of Conway, AR, and Charion (Dean) Slocum of Cookeville, TN; 2 Grandchildren: Mary Ann Eldridge and Stephaenie (David) Lively; 3 Great-Grandchildren: Micah Eldridge, Brenden Lively, and Joshua Lively; 2 Brothers: Morris Stacy and Ronnie Stacy, both of Michigan; and 2 Sisters: Catherine Stacy West of Cookeville, TN, and Oleane Stacy Masters of Michigan.
