Annie Hensley Loftis

Funeral services for Mrs. Annie B. Hensley Loftis, 77, of Cookeville, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Cookeville, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., Monday from 3 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Tuesday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born March 25, 1932, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Troy B. and Maggie Hensley. On February 15, 1947, she was married to the late Robert Joe Loftis, who passed away October 7, 2002. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Center Grove Church of Christ. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Brother: James Edward Hensley; and 2 Sisters: Dorothy Marie Mayberry and U.L. Hensley. Survivors include 3 Sons: Earl Eugene Loftis of MI, Jimmy Lee Loftis of MI, and Robert James Loftis of TN; 3 Daughters: Kathy Jo (Danny) Justice of MI, Margaret Sue Loftis of TN, and Joyce Ann (Joseph Michael) Olmeda of MI; 1 Brother: Wilburn Hensley of Cookeville, TN; and 7 Sisters: Velvie Denson, A.V. Thomas, Edith Mitchell, Betty Mayberry, Jean Loftis, and Pauline Petty, all of Gainesboro, TN, and Lona Ledesma of MI. 9 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren also survive. Bro.
