Anna Pearl Ragland

Anna Pearl Ragland was born October 14, 1935, in Jackson County, TN and she passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at her residence in Granville, TN at the age of 87.

She was the daughter of the late Walter Ray Burgess and Noda Lou Burgess. She was married to the late Jonas Frank “Bad Eye” Ragland, who passed away August 14, 2019. She was a housewife, and a member of the Liberty Church of Christ.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her Brother: Kelly Burgess.

Survivors include her Sister: Geraldine Ezell of Murfreesboro, TN; Niece and Nephew: Misty Ezell and Jeff Ragland; and Great Niece: Olivia Ezell.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 10 A.M. in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home, with Daniel Frank Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Granville Cemetery in Granville, TN. Visitation will be Monday from 4 P.M. – 8 P.M., and Tuesday from 9 A.M. until time of services.
