Anna Bell Stafford

Funeral services for Anna Bell Stafford, 82, of Bloomington Springs, TN, will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at 2 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Byers Cemetery in the Center Grove community. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Sunday from 11 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born May 7, 1939, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Artis Clabe Johnson and Nettie B. Haney Johnson. She was married to the late George Dillard Stafford, who passed away August 21, 2012. She was a housewife, and a member of the Center Grove Church of Christ. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her Step-Mother: Stella Johnson; Son: Jeffrey Stafford; Brothers: Roy C. Johnson and Bobby Johnson; and Sister: Joy Brown. Survivors include her Daughters: Diana Haney and Donna (Bob) Hammock, both of Bloomington Springs, TN, and Linda (Steve) Hensley of Gainesboro, TN; Former Daughter-in-Law: Joellen Holmes; Grandchildren: Brad (Karla) Hensley, Barry (Beth) Hammock, Melissa (Joseph) Hogue, Kristina (James) Webb, Cody Hammock, and Kayla Stafford; 5 Great Grandsons; and 2 Grand Cats. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services. The family requests that masks be worn.
