Memorial services for Mrs. Ann Elizabeth Bassler Reeve, 82, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 6 P.M. at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4 P.M. to time of services. She passed away on Monday, May 5, 2014, at her residence. She was born February 5, 1932, in Wilkes-Barre, PA, to the late Milton Bassler and Elizabeth Parry Bassler. On July 17, 1952, she was married to Jack Reeve, who survives. She was a housewife and nurse at Jackson County Hospital. She was a member of Gainesboro First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Grandchild: Susie Hickey; 2 Brothers: Robert Bassler and Milton Bassler, Jr.; and 2 Sisters: Sally Lemonjelo and Peggy Korab. Survivors include her Husband: Jack Reeve of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: Kirk (Mary) Reeve of Virginia Beach, VA; 2 Daughters: Romaine (Tom) Ballew of Chattanooga, TN, and Leighann Flatt of Gainesboro, TN; 8 Grandchildren: Bobby Reeve, Christie Reeve, Michelle (Andrew) Lewis, John Reeve, Eric Jones, Mandy Ballew, Beth (Steve) Seiler, Eric Hickey; 3 Great-Grandchildren: Tazia Reeve, Ethan and Abby Hickey; 1 Brother: Ronald Bassler of Tucson, AZ; and 1 Sister: Shirley Savoie of Austin, TX.
