Angelia Gale Thompson

Angela Gale Thompson was born July 3, 1959, in Gainesboro, TN and she passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022, at her residence in Cookeville, TN, at the age of 62. She was the daughter of Christine Allen and the late Cecil Allen, Jr. She was a retail store clerk. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her Husband: Gary Thompson; and Brother: Gary Dale Allen. Survivors include her Mother: Christine Allen; Brothers: Mike (Debbie) Allen and Steve Allen; Nephews: Matt (Caitlyn) Allen, Jessie (Tiea) Allen, Brian Hamby, and Bo Hamby; Niece: Casey Allen; and Great Nieces and Nephews: Haylee, Eli, Jake, Rhett, and Millie Rae. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 2 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro. Burial will follow in the John Young Cemetery in the Shiloh community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11 A.M. until time of services. Bro. Lakelan Barham will officiate at the services. Memorial donations may be made to the John Young Cemetery by contacting the funeral home.
