Andrew "Andy" Meadows

Funeral services for Mr. Andrew "Andy" Thomas Meadows, 27, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Sunday, May 22, at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends Saturday from 4 - 10 P.M., and Sunday from 9 A.M. until time of services at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Mr. Meadows passed away on Friday, May 20, 2005, in Gainesboro, TN. He was born January 18, 1978, in Putnam County to Benny and Pat Crowder Meadows. Mr. Meadows was a cook at Dairy Queen, and was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: Roger Crowder; and 1 uncle: Roger Dale Crowder. Survivors include the mother of his twins: Tiffney Stacy of Gainesboro, TN; 3 daughters: Andrea Meadows, Kayla Meadows, & Kira Meadows, all of Gainesboro, TN; his parents: Benny & Pat Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; his maternal grandmother: Rachel Crowder of Hilham, TN; his paternal grandparents: Paul & Virginia Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; 1 brother and sister-in-law: Richie & Holly Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 sister and brother-in-law: Cindy & Kevin Combs of Hilham, TN.
