Amaria Denise Porter Smith was born June 19, 2022, in Nashville, TN and she passed away at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at the age of 7 days. She was the daughter of Bobby Lynn Porter, Jr. and Kristin Paige Smith. She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandfather: Mounce Smith III. Survivors include her Father: Bobby Porter, Jr. of Cedar Grove, TN; her Mother: Kristin Paige Smith of Cookeville, TN; Brothers: Bryan Porter of Cedar Grove, TN, and Gavin Porter of Cookeville, TN; Paternal Grandparents: Bobby Porter, Sr. and Vickie Porter of Cedar Grove, TN; Maternal Grandparents: Greg and Amanda Fox Anderson of Cookeville, TN; and Maternal Great Grandparents: Dennis and Diane Fox of Bloomington Springs, TN. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 2 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dodson Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 A.M. - 2 P.M. Memorial donations may be made to assist with funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home.
