Alan Wayne Stacy

Funeral services for Mr. Alan Wayne Stacy, age 47, a resident of Gainesboro, TN, will be held Thursday at 3 P.M. at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Stacy Cemetery in the Old Antioch community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3 P.M. - 9 P.M., and on Thursday from 9 A.M until time of services. Mr. Stacy passed away on Monday, February 18, 2008, as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident. He was born October 8, 1960, in Jackson County, Tennessee, to Jewell Stacy and the late Harold Willard Stacy. He worked in a zinc mine, and was a member of the Hilham Church of God. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 2 Sisters: Willadean Stacy and Iva Sue Stacy. Survivors include his mother: Jewell Stacy of Livingston, TN; 5 Brothers: Carlos Glen Stacy and Bobby Harold Stacy, both of Gainesboro, TN; Tony Lee Allen and Joe Howard Stacy, both of Wisconsin; and James Edward Hammock of Livingston, TN; 1 Godson: Joshua T. Rector; 1 Goddaughter: Stevi Stacy; and 3 Sisters: Robbie Carol Stacy of Wisconsin; Linda Doris Beck of Cleveland, TN; and Kathy Irene Thompson of Hilham, TN. Bro.
