Ace L. Lynn

Funeral services for Mr. Ace L. Lynn, 70, of Gallatin, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, October 2, 2008, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and on Thursday from 12 Noon until time of services. Mr. Lynn passed away on Monday, September 29, 2008, at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. He was born March 5, 1938, in Jackson County, Tennessee, to the late Sanford and Sarah Clark Lynn. He was a retired truck driver and carpet installer, and was of the Baptist faith. He served in the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: James Edward Lynn and Ray Clark Lynn; and 1 Sister: Diana Lynn. Survivors include 2 Sons: Mark Mullins of Gainesboro, TN, and Michael Williams of Cookeville, TN; 2 Daughters: Sharon Gunner of Cookeville, TN, and Tamara Litton of Cookeville, TN; 4 Brothers: Aaron (Ann) Lynn and Sanford David Lynn, both of Gainesboro, TN, Alvin Lynn of Lebanon, TN, and Roy Lynn of Gallatin, TN; 5 Sisters: Dorothy Shepard of Pegram, TN, Donnetta Shepard of Nashville, TN, Brenda Mitchell and Katherine Lanette, both of Gallatin, TN, and Linda Law of Westmoreland, TN; 4 Grandchildren; and 2 Great Grandchildren.
